Ts + Cs

For UK deliveries I use Royal Mail, with different options available at check-out. Although it costs extra, and does need to be signed for, I highly recommend using Royal Mail UK Special Delivery, as this service is trackable and will insure your jewellery in transit. It is the quickest and safest method of delivery. If you are in less of a rush then you can use Tracked 48 which you can track and comes with insurance.

If you would like to use standard 1st Class postage then your parcel will just be put through your letter box. PLEASE NOTE: I cannot replace jewellery that goes missing using 1st Class postage.

If you miss the parcel then it is your responsibility to organise redelivery with the courier.

If your parcel doesn’t arrive and delivery isn’t attempted 3 weeks after you received dispatch confirmation then please contact me. But please be aware than I can only claim and replace missing parcels up to 3 months after it was sent. After this I cannot make a claim to the postal services, and I will therefore be unable to replace your item.

Live in/near Bristol? If you are local you can arrange to pick up your pieces up from my studio in Bedminster.

There is a flat fee of £12.50 for all of my EU deliveries and £14 for other international orders. They are sent with a tracked service with the Royal Mail. You will be able to track your piece when I have sent your confirmation of dispatch via email. Please note that I cannot replace parcels that have not been successfully delivered because of address issues, or because redelivery hasn’t been organised. However, please do reach out if you believe there to be an issue.

Items are subject to customs and taxes in your country. I have to legally declare the full package value and contents and tax is charged accordingly. I am not responsible for any customs or duties which must be paid when shipping internationally. If you are buying a gift you can let me know at the checkout and I will mark the parcel as a gift. Gifts should be taxed at a lower rate or not at all.

As we all know, sadly, the UK is no longer part of the European Union. This means that if you are based in the EU you will be likely be taxed and have to pay a fee before you receive your goods. Please check to see what your individual country charges for the import of jewellery items.

As above, if it’s a gift you can mark it as such at the checkout, and I will mark the parcel as a gift. Gifts should be taxed at a lower rate or not at all.

Most of my pieces are made to order and I aim to get these out of my studio you in 2-3 weeks depending on if the piece is being sent to my casters, gold-plated, hallmarked etc – please see the details in individual product listings. Do get in touch if you need anything urgently as I will always try to help!

I do have some Ready-to-Go pieces and I aim to ship these in a few days.

Sometimes my pieces might take longer to produce, especially as my casters are under more pressure during busy times such as Christmas. Please be patient, but do get in touch if you need anything urgently.

All of my jewellery comes in recycled packaging and is ready to gift, to yourself or a loved one. The packaging can be kept to store your jewels safely. All of my pieces come with a polishing cloth.

And speaking of packing…

Store your jewellery in its supplied reusable box when not being worn. Silver pieces can change colour over time (especially if left unworn). Silver can also react with acidity in your skin. This can be caused by cosmetics, perspiration, medication or a high pH level. A gentle polish with jewellery cloth provided will clean your jewellery. Remove jewellery when showering, exercising and/or using hand held tools.

**A NOTE ON GOLD PLATED PIECES** – Gold plated pieces should not need too much polishing but if it does use the cloth provided and be gentle – a gentle wipes and not a scrub. I use a professional plater and a high quality and extra thick plating, but gold plate is a finish and can slowly wear off over time. It can easily be re-plated (get in touch). To keep your gold-plated pieces shimmering as long as possible store them separately in their box/pouch when not being work and avoid getting them wet, so be sure to remove when washing your hands or showering, exercising and so on. It is also best to not wear it next to another item that can rub against it e.g. another ring, or a pendant that bounces into it, or buttons etc

**A NOTE ON FINISHES** Some of my pieces can come in a luscious tactile satin finish which I love! But please be aware that this can change over time especially if worn daily or if it regularly knocks against other jewellery or items. This change can be embraced and enjoyed – you and your jewellery are shaping one another. But to help keep the finish be gentle with your pieces as per above and use the polishing cloth gently.

I don’t accept return unless an item breaks, then please do get in touch as soon as you can with details and photos and I will get back in touch asap.

I cannot accept any returns for earrings due to hygiene laws (unless they are broken).

I cannot exchange or refund anything which is made bespoke to order (for example rings), so please make sure to read my product descriptions fully, and be sure of your ring size before I begin making to your requirements. Feel free to ask any questions before making a purchase.

Other items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, but you will be responsible for delivery costs to return items to me, and for me to send a new piece to you.

If you send a piece back for a refund, exchange or a repair, please include a note with your full name, return address, order number and email. I can only process pieces if I know who it belongs to!
